Max Verstappen won the Italian Grand Prix. The Dutchman won the last five GP's, which means he is well on his way to his second world title. Christijan Albers would not be surprised if Verstappen wins the last six races as well, he tells in the Telegraaf Formule 1-podcast.

"He's going to win that easily, because he has the upper hand," Albers explained. "They have so much left in the car, with Max being the combination. Red Bull just has the fastest and best car now. Of course then you are much calmer."

With a 116-point lead over Charles Leclerc, Verstappen normally does not give winning the world championship away. The Red Bull Racing driver even has the opportunity to secure the world title in Singapore, although things will have to go his way.

Verstappen unbeatable by competition

Verstappen seems to be unbeatable this season. At Spa-Francorchamps, he started from fourteenth on the grid, before taking a convincing win. In Italy, he started from seventh place after a grid penalty and again managed to outsmart the competition.

Albers notes that Verstappen is virtually unbeatable at this stage of his career. "You get a similar situation as you had in 2019 with Lewis Hamilton. He drove from the back to the front. You have that now with Verstappen as well."
