F1 LIVE | The third free practice for the Dutch Grand Prix

The third and final free practice session for the Dutch Grand Prix starts at 12:00 Dutch time on Saturday afternoon and it promises to be an exciting one (for a free practice session). First of all because the atmosphere along the track at Circuit Zandvoort is great, but also because Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing have a busy schedule to finish.

A lot of time was lost for the Austrian team on Friday after gearbox problems. Teams like Mercedes and Ferrari already have much more data at their disposal heading into qualifying and the race. Verstappen and Sergio Perez will each run their own programme in the hope of finding the right set-up for the RB18.

It's likely to be a three-way battle at the front with Mercedes and Ferrari also competing. While Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz took places one and two in the second free practice session, the difference with the Mercedes was minimal. In the long runs, George Russell looked the best, so it's close in the Netherlands.
