New Lando Norris documentary series officially confirmed

In a video published on social media, the Briton revealed that cameras have been following him throughout the 2026 season as part of the upcoming Prime Video project. Norris explained that the documentary will go significantly further than his previous Lando Logs, offering a much more intimate look at his life away from the racetrack and showing fans a side of him they rarely get to see.

The reigning world champion also stressed that his supporters will form an important part of the story, having accompanied him throughout his career and every race weekend. Norris described the series as a chance to share more of that journey with them, promising a much bigger and more ambitious behind-the-scenes project when it is released in 2027.

Norris will not be the first Formula 1 driver to have his career documented through a dedicated series, with several high-profile names having already received similar treatment. Max Verstappen, for example, was the subject of Anatomy of a Champion, a three-part Viaplay series exploring his career, his 2022 title-winning campaign, his childhood and his relationship with his father Jos.

The Dutchman had previously featured in Whatever It Takes, another three-part documentary released in 2020 that retraced his journey to Formula 1 through interviews with Verstappen himself and those closest to him throughout his rise.

Fernando Alonso also has a particularly relevant connection to Norris’ upcoming project. The two-time world champion starred in Fernando, a two-season Prime Video docuseries that followed his racing adventures outside Formula 1 before documenting the journey towards his return to the championship.
