Mercedes mistake could affect Lando Norris amid second red flag in qualifying

Kimi Antonelli caused the second red flag of qualifying at the Australian Grand Prix. A cooling fan fell off the Mercedes driver's car.
The incident happened as the drivers were about to begin their first laps in Q3 at Albert Park.
The Italian driver left the pit lane with a sidepod cooling fan still on his car. He left the pieces on the track. Lando Norris also drove through some of the debris.
The stewards also noted the incident.
