After six Grands Prix, a Formula 1 team has finally managed to break Red Bull's dominance in the field of pit stops. During the Belgian Grand Prix it was Williams who delivered the fastest pit stop in the Spa-Francorchamps pit lane.

Mercedes was also faster than the pit crew of the team of Max Verstappen and Alexander Albon. Places three and four did go to the Austrian race team and that means that they are still ahead of the general classification.

Big lead Red Bull

Williams and Mercedes are the two race stables closest, but the big lead has only increased for Red Bull. It is therefore almost impossible to close the gap to the competition.

Red Bull stands at 225 points, while Mercedes is the closest attacker with 131 points. Behind that is Williams with 118 points. The fourth team is Alfa Romeo with 78 points.
