Disbelief for Leclerc after his Ferrari gives up the ghost in Bahrain GP

The Bahrain Grand Prix ended in tragedy for Charles Leclerc. His Ferrari gave up the ghost in the final stages of the race and so last year's runner-up goes home without points.

Leclerc retires in Bahrain

Leclerc was on for a podium, but suddenly the Ferrari driver could be seen grinding to a halt. Through the team radio, the Monegasque's disbelief could be heard as he reported that he was running out of power. He was forced to park his SF-23 next to the track, causing a brief virtual safety car.
