Russell enjoys underwater date with girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt

After finishing the Miami Grand Prix in eighth, Mercedes driver George Russell enjoyed an underwater date with his girlfriend Carmen Montero Mundt in the Cayman Islands.
Who is Carmen Montero Mundt?
Carmen Montero Mundt was born on February 12, 1997, in Spain. She lived there until she turned 18 and moved to London. She is now 26 years old, one year older than Russell, who also has a February birthday. Carmen Montero Mundt doesn't have a racing background. She works in the business Management and Finance sector, having graduated from the University of Westminster in 2021 with a degree in the field.
She has 346,000 followers on Instagram and also posts pictures of herself and Russell. Carmen often travels to the F1 paddock to be with and support her boyfriend. She also shares her best memories inside the F1 paddock on Instagram, including her first trip to Las Vegas in 2023.

How did Russell and Carmen Montero Mundt meet?
George and Carmen were introduced by a mutual friend in London in 2020 and have dated ever since. At the time, Russell was still driving for Williams, and Mundt was still studying at University in London. Both have experienced promotions since they got together, with Russell moving to Mercedes for the start of the 2022 F1 season and Mundt graduating in 2021 and starting a job.
