Former F1 world champion Mika Häkkinen sees McLaren CEO Zak Brown doing a good job leading the Woking-based team.
Häkkinen won two titles with McLaren back in the 1998 and 1999 seasons.
The papaya outfit has now secured its second consecutive constructors’ title, a sting that marks a return to winning ways after a long drought that began when Häkkinen was still racing for the team.
The Finn has high praise for the American CEO. "The team has grown tremendously by putting together everything it needs," he began at the Festival dello Sport event.

He continued: "And what's needed today is different, more complex than what was sufficient in my day.
"It requires much more communication. That's why I think Zak Brown is doing a great job.
"And it's not easy with two very young drivers, even though Lando now has a lot of experience. McLaren represents a good example of how F1 is at its peak these days," the two-time world champion concluded.
