Lance Stroll has cut his FP2 for the Dutch Grand Prix short following a massive crash at Turn 3 of Circuit Zandvoort.
As the session started the rain started falling down, but it wasn't heavy enough to alter the teams' run programmes.

Stroll smashes his AMR25 at Turn 3

With less than 13 minutes having passed, Stroll approached Turn 3 but did so at great speed. As it turns out, too much speed.
The Canadian driver hit the brakes, and locked up the left front, understeering off the line and into the wall, destroying the left-hand side of his Aston Martin drive.

A significant repair work will be required to get that AMR25 fit to drive for P3 tomorrow. Stroll's mechanics are in for an all-nighter at Circuit Zandvoort.
