Several drivers were under investigation after the Canadian Grand Prix for an assortment of reasons. Now, the stewards have announced the verdicts.
Haas rookie Oliver Bearman was the first driver to receive his verdict. He did not follow the 'escape route' designated by the race director at turn 13. Bearman went straight in an attempt to overtake Franco Colapinto. He has been let off with only a warning.

What penalty does Norris receive?

Bearman was not the only Haas driver to be investigated, as his teammate Esteban Ocon was too. Ocon was investigated for excessive driving behaviour exiting the pits, which would have been to the disadvantage of Williams driver, Carlos Sainz. However, the stewards ruled that Ocon braked due to a double yellow flag being waved, which they considered a reasonable cause.
Lando Norris was investigated for his incident with Oscar Piastri. Norris admitted fault for the collision right after it happened. For causing the collision with his teammate, he has recieved a five-second penalty.  Due to his retirement, this does not affect Norris.
If Russell receives a penalty, Verstappen could win the Canadian Grand Prix.

Safety car verdicts

For the drivers who were under investigation for overtaking under safety car conditions after the checkered flag, they all received warnings.
Those drivers are Kimi Antonelli, Charles Leclerc, Oscar Piastri, Esteban Ocon, Carlos Sainz, and Pierre Gasly.
