Andrea Stella believes that Barcelona could be anyone's game; McLaren’s, Red Bull’s or Ferrari’s. He claims the circuit could favour any of the teams but expects Ferrari to be fast at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
After the Monaco Grand Prix, Stella said, “I'm very interested myself to see where Ferrari will be in a circuit like Barcelona.”
'Ferrari can be fast'
In Monaco, a track with low-speed corners, Ferrari was able to finish second and fifth. With them bringing upgrades to Barcelona, will they be fighting against McLaren for the top spot?
“We have ahead of us some circuits that will be like Silverstone, [but] it will be more of the category of Saudi, Imola, for instance, I expect Red Bull to be very strong there.”

He continued talking about the different circuit structures coming up. Stella said,“[With] some low-speed stuff like Canada, I would expect, hopefully, McLaren to be competitive. Barcelona is a little bit in the middle.”
“Considering how fast the Ferrari was in corners three, four, and 12, they can be fast in Barcelona as well. So I'm afraid we will have to see.”
He concluded, “I have to study a bit better and come more prepared and create an anticipation of how we can classify corner circuits looking forward.”
