A setback for all fans of Red Bull Racing (and fans of Formula 1 in general): This Friday, the Austrian team will not show the new car that will be used in the 2023 Formula 1 season. Only the new livery will be shown in New York, on a car from (probably) last year.
Red Bull Racing announced this on Friday.
Shakedown appears to be the first moment
Earlier, Haas showed their new livery, but that too was done with a car from last season. During a shakedown next week, however, the new Haas will be shown for the first time. No doubt Red Bull Racing will also do a shakedown in the coming days.
During Red Bull's presentation, there is plenty of news expected. The team are likely to announce that a new partner has been found, who will brand the power units fromd 2026 onwards.
