Sebastian Vettel: "I think Lewis Hamilton deserves his success"

Sebastian Vettel believes that Lewis Hamilton deserves the success that he has had this season. The Mercedes driver is almost certainly going to win his sixth drivers championship this season after he has dominated for much of this year.

When Vettel was asked by the press in Mexico if he was jealous of Hamilton's success the Ferrari driver said he wasn't and that Hamilton deserved his results.

"I wouldn't call it that," Vettel said. “I appreciate his efforts, achievements and successes very much. I think he deserves it," he explains to the press after the Mexican Grand Prix. "That makes me jealous because they have something we miss."

Vettel believes that Hamilton deserves respect for what he has achieved with Mercedes.

Despite having some good races in recent weeks, Vettel has really struggled this season and will hope Ferrari and his performances improve for next year.

Ferrari will hope that they are more competitive and that they start the season next year like they have finished this one.
