Max Verstappen not only won the Las Vegas Grand Prix,but was also able to significantly cut the gap in the drivers' standings. Red Bull Racing wrote ‘jackpot’ in the team’s latest social media post. Verstappen took the lead into Turn 1 of the Las Vegas GP, and did not look back, securing his sixth win of the current Formula 1 season.
The Dutchman initially cut the gap to
Lando Norris by seven points, but gained a further 18 points after
both McLaren drivers were disqualified by the stewards for skid wear issues.
As a result, he trails the Briton by 26 points, and is on a level footing with
Oscar Piastri in the drivers' standings.

The Austrian team has shared a post on X with the caption: "Jackpot secured 🎰🏆", with a picture of Verstappen holding his trophy.
