Red Bull Racing was penalised by the FIA for exceeding the budget cap this calendar year. Although the ruling came out nastily for the Austrian formation, Dan Fallows, however, does not expect the team to suffer for long.
The FIA decided to fine Red Bull for the situation, while it also has less time to spend in the wind tunnel. Winning the constructors' championship means even less time to use the latter, leaving it with a challenge.
Fallows was employed by the formation for many years and therefore knows it like no other. According to the new Aston Martin technical director, the employees in the team will mainly see it as an extra hurdle and Red Bull will therefore continue on its current path in the coming years with great confidence.

Penalty gives Red Bull new energy

Indeed, according to Fallows, Red Bull's team is close enough to come up with solutions. "I think you in any situation like that you just regroup and get on with it," he explained in a conversation with, among others Planetf1.com. "But obviously I’ve no doubt that from the engineering side they’ll feel that it’s a disappointment."
