No 'Stefan GP' for next season

According to Ross Brawn, there will be no Stefan GP for 2019 and "Number of teams stay the same next year".

Zoran Stefanovic made plans that his Stefan GP team would be in Formula One for next season.

The Serbian has had two attempts denied to enter his team, that is named after himself.

He had set up facilities in Parma, in Italy and hired Enrique Scalabroni to start putting together the car they'd have for the races, but it looks like that is going to be delayed even more.

Stefanovic spoke to Autosport about a month ago revealing his plans:

The attempt to force his side into Formula One's plans did not work according to Ross Brawn.

"As far as I know, the number of teams will remain the same next year," Brawn told Formula One's podcast.
