Lewis Hamilton has ended his race early with a crash at Zandvoort during the Dutch Grand Prix. At the same corner where Lance Stroll found the wall in FP2, Hamilton met his Dutch GP fate as well.
As the rain fell, the lack of grip around the painted surface bit Hamilton back.
The Briton took the usual wider line around Turn 3, but his car suffered a moment of oversteer, which under correction, turned into understeer.
With the road running out for Hamilton, the Briton hit the barriers clumsily, tearing the front right suspension apart.
