F1 boss is done with squabbling between Mercedes and Red Bull: 'Solve'

The director of Formula 1 knows better than anyone that he has benefited from the battle between the two teams. Whereas in recent years it was Mercedes that won the world championship, this season the Austrian racing team showed that its rivals need to watch out. It resulted in sky-high viewing figures and a lot of media attention.

At the same time, Mercedes and Red Bull have shown disrespect towards each other on a number of occasions during the racing year. Team bosses Christian Horner and Toto Wolff played an important role in this by blaming the competitor. Domenicali hopes the teams will be able to put this behind them in the coming season and that mutual respect will return.

The Formula 1 boss reveals that he is relaxed about the situation. "Who lives with certainties, sleeps well," he states in conversation with Speedweek.com. "But we have many doubts and we have to face them. We have problems that we will have to solve in the end."
