Formula 1 drivers have revisited their predictions for the 2025 season, and Carlos Sainz absolutely nailed his.
The Williams Racing driver was among a long list of current drivers reflecting on their pre-season predictions.
While several drivers, including Lando Norris, Oliver Bearman, and Isack Hadjar, got parts of their forecasts right, it was Sainz who nailed every prediction.
The Spanish driver predicted he would help Williams take a big step forward while enjoying the ride throughout the season – a feat he certainly achieved, as the Williams outfit recorded their best finish in the Constructors’ standings in recent years.

Sainz also added a wildcard forecast, anticipating a podium finish for the Grove-based outfit. The 31-year-old ended the campaign with two Grand Prix podiums and a sprint podium for Williams.
Norris got a few of his predictions correct, particularly that of winning the Drivers’ and Constructors’ championships. Hadjar predicted he would finish on the podium, and the French driver achieved this at the Dutch Grand Prix.
Bearman, for his part, forecasted he would achieve a top-five finish during the campaign, and at the Mexico City race, he finished in fourth place with the Haas team.
