The tenth round of the Formula E season was held on the streets of Brooklyn on Saturday. BMW Motorsport driver Maximilian Guenther took full advantage of the battles around him to take his third Formula E victory of his career.

The race was led for a long time by Nick Cassidy, who started from pole position and had to hold off both Jean-Eric Vergne and Guenther. Despite starting fourth, the German driver took advantage of a touch between Cassidy and Vergne in the battle for P1. Guenther took over the lead and didn't give it away until the finish line.

Third victory

With the victory in New York, the German scored his first win this season, and the third of his Formula E career. Vergne finished second, and Lucas di Grassi took the bronze. Polesitter Cassidy had to settle for P4.
