Unique documentary about Schumacher completed; release date delayed

A new documentary about the life of Michael Schumacher will soon be released. All footage has been approved for broadcast, but we still have to wait for the release. The coronavirus has prevented this.

The documentary is called 'Schumacher' and is being produced by a company headed by Sabine Kehm, the former manager of the seven-time world champion. Six months ago, filming was already in its final phase, but for now, we will have to be patient.

Vanessa Noecker, the director, told the German media Express that everything is ready now, but that the corona infections have caused many studios and cinemas to postpone premieres.

The documentary will also feature interviews with Schumacher's wife Corinna, father Rolf and the children (Gina-Maria and Mick).
