Günther Steiner's reaction on Wednesday did suggest that Romain Grosjean would be better off looking for another seat. The Frenchman prefers Formula 1, but Formula E and the WEC are also options.

On Wednesday the team boss of Haas, Steiner, spoke out about Grosjean. The Frenchman had again complained a lot about his car in Russia and his team boss is fed up with the complaints. He even indicated that the 'choice for the 2021 line-up' is only supported by him. So it seems to be the end of the story for Grosjean and with all the other seats with lots of other candidates, Grosjean might have to look away from F1.

Grosjean is considering his options

''There aren't many seats left in Formula 1 and with all the possibilities on the drivers' market, I understand that Haas is looking further afield. They are in no hurry, but that is not the case for me either. There are other options where I can go, although of course Formula 1 remains Formula 1,'' says Grosjean to Motorsport.com.

While Grosjean excludes IndyCar, there are two other classes he is interested in. ''In the future, the Le Mans 24 Hours and the World Endurance Championship could be a great challenge. Formula E is also definitely an option. There are good drivers and teams there,'' concludes the French driver.
