All racing drivers have ambitions of reaching Formula One, but many do not. There are many drivers that deserve to race in motorsports elite series, none most than Nick Cassidy.

New Zealander Nick Cassidy is among one of the best racing drivers in the world, with a glittering career in junior formulas and a very successful spell so far in Japan. Cassidy won the Super GT title in 2017 and followed that up with two 2nd placed finishes in 2018 and 2019. He has been highly competitive in Super Formula since 2017 after finishing 4th in the 2016 F3 European Championship.

Second place in 2018 was followed by winning the title in 2019, but he caught attention back in 2013 when he claimed his second straight Toyota Racing Series title. Sadly he was not offered the opportunity in Europe and has gone under the radar for most of his career so far.

People have called for the New Zealander to have an opportunity behind the wheel of an F1 car and blitzing the field in the Formula E young drivers test would not have damaged his claim.
