Driver killed in serious accident at F1 circuit in Miami

A man was killed in a serious car accident near Hard Rock Stadium on Thursday. In the process, the vehicle flew over the guardrail of an overpass and crashed into Miami's Formula One circuit.

Fatal accident at Miami's F1 Circuit

The driver hit the wall on the overpass, after which the car appears to have flipped over. In the process, the man was ejected from the car as the vehicle fell off the overpass and landed upside down on the Miami International Autodrome. The man was pronounced dead at the scene by firefighters, the Florida Highway Patrol confirmed. An investigation is currently underway into how the accident could have happened.
