Red Bull Racing is off to a hugely impressive 2023 season. The Austrian racing stable already broke the record for most wins in a row for a constructor and is also still on course to win all races this season. This has never happened before in Formula 1. Should Red Bull lose a race once, Helmut Marko knows which team he would award victory to.

Who may break Red Bull's winning streak?

Red Bull scored its 14th win in a row at Zandvoort, the last 13 of which came in the 2023 season. Red Bull's advisor would favour Ferrari the most to break Red Bull's run. "Then Max has to have a technical defect, but if we are beaten, I would grant Ferrari the win the most, especially in Monza," Marko told oe24.

There are still nine races to go this season and should the Austrian racing stable win them all, the team will be making Formula 1 history. "In the meantime, I also think it is quite possible. But anyway, on the other hand, something can always happen." McLaren came close to winning all races in 1988. The British team then won 15 out of 16 races.

Marko confirms rumours Red Bull and AlphaTauri

A rumour surfaced in early August that AlphaTauri is going to copy the dominant RB19 as much as possible for 2024. Unlike Red Bull, AlphaTauri has fared a lot less well since the introduction of the new rules, with the floor becoming hugely important. "As far as the regulations allow, that approach makes sense. That's why we bring people from AlphaTauri to Milton Keynes [where Red Bull Racing is based]. That car definitely has potential," Marko confirmed.
