Formula 1 drivers also go on holiday. The speed demons who travel the world equally need a few weeks a year off. Where do the F1 drivers go for full relaxation?
Max Verstappen went to the sun. The Red Bull driver is with girlfriend Kelly Piquet and her daughter on the beautiful French island of Corsica. The weather is not the issue. It seems fine for the 45-time race winner on the Mediterranean waters.

Hamilton
Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton is also taking it easy. The Briton also seems to have sought out the sun. The Mercedes driver had himself photographed in the water, although it is not entirely clear which country he is currently in.

Charles Leclerc is taking advantage of the holiday to meet up with friends, whom he finds it hard to see during the packed F1 season. The Monegasque speaks fondly of his mates: "Best friends since forever."

For Fernando Alonso, racing blood creeps where it cannot go. Even on holidays, the Spaniard gets behind the wheel. For instance, the two-time world champion spends his holidays (partly) at his own go-kart track, on the Spanish north coast.
