Norris observes after tests with McLaren: 'It were tough days'

For Lando Norris, it was extra hard work this week. The Brit had to spend an extra day in action after teammate Daniel Ricciardo tested positive for corona. An additional problem for McLaren was that all did not go as smoothly as earlier in Barcelona.

McLaren is a team surrounded by question marks. Earlier, everything indicated that the ambitious team might start attacking the top teams. But in Bahrain, little was left of the form in Spain. The team struggled with a front axle problem and could therefore not run the program as originally hoped. The loss of Ricciardo added to this.

On the final day, the team looks back with a little more satisfaction, according to Norris in a press release from his team. Making the best of it

Norris indicates that his team has come to understand the car better in Bahrain. In the coming week they will work hard to further fine-tune the car.
