McLaren has fought its way back to the sub top in recent years, but the team from Woking wants more. In the past, McLaren always competed for prizes and Zak Brown, Andreas Seidl and James Key want nothing more than to add their own achievements to that wonderful history.

Opportunity for McLaren

In 2022, McLaren will get its first chance to really attack the top. Mercedes and Red Bull Racing were few teams to keep up with in recent years, but with completely new regulations for 2022, everyone is starting from scratch. This is therefore the chance for McLaren to make the leap forward.

Also present at the team presentation are Daniel Ricciardo and Lando Norris. The Brit recently extended his contract at McLaren through 2025, making it all the more important for him that the MCL36 is truly competitive.
