That would be a great team dynamic, Russell &Max in the same team. I personally think the Mercedes culture and calm works against Max , but if we look at money and opportunities why would Mercedes go for Max . He doesn't bring huge sponsors or brand value , he possibly would bring race wins and a championship.......but that's a big question. Would the Mercedes car suit Max π€. These are more the pertinent questions vs anything else .11:27

Or more opportunities to drop points to your rivals, it works both ways you know. So the opportunities are there to close the gap ,but the reality is there's more chance that McLaren and Mercedes distance themselves a little more from Redbull this race weekend. And Lec currently is expected to be better than Lewis, you understand the reasons why mate or are you delusional that a driver with 7 years of experience ina specific car will be beaten by a driver that's used to driving another car for many seasons? Also looking at points accumulated this season vs his last at Mercedes, & not withstanding the Ferrari DNF. Lewis has more championship points in 2025 than at the same point in 2024. So that's evidence he is better in this Ferrari vs the Mercedes. This trend will be getting better and better as the the seasons progresses. Carlos is a so so driver, many diffrent teams always solid performances but never a championship contender. I put him in the PΓ©rez/ Albon category. He would definitely being doing better at Ferrari vs Lewis,simply for the reasons he was settled at the team and car . I expect Sianz to do a solid for Williams like he has always done for the teams he has races for . Lewis is not a Sianz now that's true, both have different normals and experience , Lewis knows what he wants so he can win a Championship, Sianz wants wins , Lewis wants championships. The mindset of Ferrari is more in alignment with Lewis they want a championship and makes sense to bring in the most successful driver on F1 to makes those strides to achieve that. It's not easy and it's not a 5 race task this seasons will be time of building and growing for the team and Lewis. Piastri is Australian mate they have more things that can kill you in their backyard than on a race track, he is not afraid or scared of Max and we saw that at the start of the last race .29-04-2025 23:39
