Max Verstappen is set to take to the Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit for the ADAC Nürburgring Endurance Series. The Formula 1 driver is expected to participate in Saturday’s qualifying session for the race. Here’s how you can watch it.

How Max Verstappen’s schedule at Nürburgring could unfold

While the race action for the Nürburgring event is set to span the entire weekend, the Red Bull Racing driver may only need to compete for a single day.
Verstappen, who currently does not have the required license points to compete in the GT3 category, will need to complete at least 14 clean laps in two different GT4 cars to qualify for a GT3 license.
The 27-year-old could, however, hit the track on Sunday if any of the cars he drives fail to complete the required mileage for the GT3 license.

Max Verstappen cannot wait to compete in GT3

Earlier, Max Verstappen also spoke about racing in the GT3 category. The Formula 1 driver shared how excited he was to compete in endurance racing.
Speaking via Verstappen.com, he stated:
“Racing is not just my profession, but also my hobby,” says Max. “This weekend I am at the Nordschleife with the goal to qualify for the mandatory race permit needed to race here in a GT3 car, which I would love. The Nordschleife is at the top of my list of tracks I want to race on, as it’s extremely challenging and demanding, with its enormous length and tight historic layout. I can’t wait!”
Verstappen previously took part in a test lap at the Nürburgring circuit, where he eclipsed the lap record earlier in May.
