After the race at Silverstone two weeks ago, Lewis Hamilton was a victim of online racism following his incident with Max Verstappen. The FIA and Mercedes, among others, released online statements to speak out against this hate.

During Sky Sports ' broadcast, Red Bull team boss Christian Horner reacted to the hate reactions Hamilton received. "We absolutely don’t condemn that and immediately, on Monday, as soon as we heard that abuse, we issued a statement to support Lewis. We absolutely don't condone that in any way."

Verstappen 

Max Verstappen also received a lot of hate responses. "And by the way Max was also receiving abuse as well," said Horner. "It is not acceptable and it is something we absolutely do not condone, in any way," Horner said.
