Ricciardo is looking forward to Silverstone: "Very special circuit for me"

Daniel Ricciardo can't wait to start the fourth race of the season. Host this time is Silverstone, one of the most favourite circuits of the Australian driver of Renault. It even has a special place in his heart.

"I love Silverstone. It's a special circuit for me, because that's where I made my Formula 1 debut in 2011. That feels like a long time ago, but I remember it very well. SIlverstone is a great circuit and we all love the Maggots and Becketts, one of the most beautiful corners of the Formula 1 season," Ricciardo said on the Renault channels.

Hunting for points 

Ricciardo resumes his hunt for points in England. The Renault driver has scored eight so far, making him eleventh in the standings. Last season Ricciardo qualified as seventh and successfully defended his position during the race. The previous two seasons he drove as a team mate of Max Verstappen to fifth place on the circuit twice.
