Sebastian Vettel has admitted that he isn't getting overconfident from the advantage which the team had in both practice sessions today. The German finished 1st in the opening session before a 2nd place finish in the second practice just behind his teammate, Charles Leclerc.

“I don’t think the margin is correct,” Vettel said.

“I don’t know what others are doing. We’ve seen a couple of times that we’re very quick on Friday so I’m not blinded by that.

The reality is today is a Friday. We have to wait until tomorrow night and then especially Sunday is when it matters."

Mercedes were a little way off the Ferrari pair and their work cut out if they're going to record a victory this weekend, with Ferrari looking so strong.

Ferrari is currently 150 points behind Mercedes so will be looking to eat into that this weekend in Belgium.
