Charles Leclerc is hopeful that Ferrari can make up for their slow start at the start of this weeks testing. Leclerc was restricted to 29 laps today due to some issues with his car's cooling system.
“This morning we did fewer laps than planned, but I’m sure we can make up for lost work in the coming days," Leclerc said to PlanetF1.
“The track conditions were slightly different today compared to the first test, so it took a moment to adapt to them.”
Sebastian Vettel completed the bulk of Ferrari's testing with 78 laps but also admits that there is still work to be done.
“We are still trying to understand the car and are trying different set-ups,” said Vettel.

This afternoon we also had a first touch of the supersoft compound, just to get some more information.”
