Horner, Alonso and Zhou selected by the FIA for press conference in China

Christian Horner will be in the team boss press conference on Friday along with McLaren Andrea Stella. After signing a new contract, Fernando Alonso has been selected for Thursday's press conference alongside Charles Leclerc and Lando Norris. However, a lot of the attention will go to home favourite Guanyu Zhou.

Prior to each Grand Prix weekend, the FIA announces which drivers and team owners have to show up for the press conference. On Thursday, there is a drivers' press conference, where six drivers are selected to answer questions from the media present. On Friday, four team bosses have been selected.

Alonso makes press conference appearance

The following drivers will appear in the press conference for the Chinese Grand Prix: Esteban Ocon, Fernando Alonso, Charles Leclerc, Nico Hulkenberg, Lando Norris and Guanyu Zhou. For Alonso, it is his first open press event after his contract extension, and for Zhou, it is the press conference ahead of his first GP in his own country. 

On Friday, the press conference for team representatives will be held between the first free practice and the Sprint Shootout. For that, Christian Horner, Andrea Stella and Alessandro Alunni Bravi will be involved. In addition, Mario Isola, the top man of tyre supplier Pirelli, will also be present at that press event.
