Red Bull Racing is looking for technical talent for its Red Bull Engineering Academy. 2024 will be the second year in which the Austrian Formula 1 team will look worldwide for candidates for a spot within the course, which offers graduates the chance to join the F1 team.

The programme targets graduate students with technical competencies in vehicle design, simulation, mechanics, testing and validation, performance, electronics and manufacturing. The Red Bull Engineering Academy offers internships in the Red Bull Racing and Technology, Red Bull Powertrains and Red Bull Advanced Technologies departments.

"The programme includes a unique and revolutionary centre of excellence and is a prestigious opportunity for graduates. It is difficult to win a place on the scheme and those who do are rewarded with an experience unlike any others in Formula One," reads the description on the official website of the team.

The Red Bull Engineering Academy 2024 starts in summer 2024 and the programme lasts 24 months. During the programme, people will work on a full-time basis at the Red Bull campus in Milton Keynes, England. From 13 November, interested parties will have two weeks to apply for an internship.
