In which racing class does Lewis Hamilton's brother race?

Lewis Hamilton's brother Nicolas Hamilton competes in the British Touring Car Championship. Nicolas is the paternal half-brother has races with a modified car due to his cerebral palsy. Nicolas often supports his brother in Formula 1, whilst Lewis can sometimes be seen trackside at the BTCC events.

Hamilton, 31, has been racing in the British Touring Car Championship consistently since 2019. He made his debut with 12 races in 2015. Previously, he spent time in the Renault Clio Cup series, Volkswagen Scirocco R-Cup and the European Touring Car Cup. In 2020, 2021 and 2022, Hamilton finished 29th in the Drivers Championship and only scored one point in those three years. Due to a strong performance at Donnington Park in race 2, Hamilton has 10 points in the 2023 Drivers Championship. 

So far, he has recorded over 130 starts in the British Touring Car Championship and is currently associated with Go-Fix with Autoaid Breakdown and drives a Cupra León.
