Valtteri Bottas revealed at this week's press conference that he is very pleased with the upward trend of his team, Alfa Romeo. The good-humoured driver sees improvements emerging time and again. This week he has another chance at the Monaco Grand Prix.

"I think we saw a bit of light at the end of the tunnel, let's say in Miami in qualifying. We managed to find a good setup, good rhythm," said a satisfied Bottas about the Miami Grand Prix.

Bottas remains positive

The 33-year-old driver is currently 13th in the world championship with four points scored. In total, Alfa Romeo has managed to amass six points. The Finn sees positive changes emerging within his team.

"We were planning upgrades for Imola. So now obviously trialling those here and hopefully, it gives us an extra boost. But we're working as hard as we can to get where we want to be, which has not been the case so far this year."
