Red Bull Racing, meanwhile, is busy developing the RB19. As in 2021 and 2022, the 2023 car should deliver one or more Formula 1 world championships. When can we expect the presentation of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez 's new car (approximately)?

When presentation RB19?

When we can expect an official announcement from Red Bull about when the RB19 will be presented is currently unknown. However, it is obvious that fans of Red Bull and Max Verstappen will have to be patient for a few more weeks. In previous years, Red Bull did not announce which day fans should keep an eye on social media until February.

While some racing teams go all out with a huge 'event', the presentation of Red Bull cars is generally a lot more silent. At any given moment, Red Bull posts a few pictures of its new car online via its own social channels and that's it. The time when these photos appear is also almost always unknown. Whether Red Bull will approach the 2023 'presentation' in this way again is unclear.

On which days did Red Bull's unveilings fall in recent years?

2019: RB15 - 13 February (first day winter test: 18 February
2020: RB16 - February 12 (first day winter test: February 19)
2021: RB16B - 23 February (first day winter test: 12 March)
2022: RB18 - 9 February (first day winter test: 23 February)
2023: RB19 - ? (first day winter test: 23 February)

Red Bull is often only one of the last teams to launch its new car. This is because the Austrian racing stable wants to avoid competitors already seeing things they can copy. So we should not be surprised if, like in 2019 and 2020, Red Bull only presents the new car more or less a week in advance.

Moreover, it is also anything but a certainty that Red Bull will present the actual RB19 with all the trimmings on the day of the presentation. In the past, we also often saw several race teams largely present the previous season's car with only the updated livery: anything to make the competition none the wiser prior to the winter test.

When car reveals from other F1 teams?

At the time of writing (25 December), three teams have already announced the dates on which they will unveil their new car for 2023. AlphaTauri looks set to kick off on Saturday 11 February from New York for the time being. Two days later, it will be Aston Martin's turn to pull the curtain off the bolide, while Ferrari will launch the new car on Valentine's Day.
