The FIA is on a roll: after Lance Stroll, Sergio Perez and Alexander Albon, now Yuki Tsunoda, Guanyu Zhou and polesitter Charles Leclerc also have to report to the stewards. They would have driven unnecessarily slow during their lap back to the pits in Q1.

Leclerc's pole position may be in jeopardy. The Ferrari driver is reported to have driven 'unnecessarily slowly' during an in-lap in Q1 and has been called to the stewards' attention. The same goes for Tsunoda and Zhou.

Due to the undesirable situations that repeatedly occurred in the past when drivers drove slowly, Formula 1 has introduced a rule to prevent this. It is possible that the three drivers will be penalised, but the stewards could also opt for a reprimand.

In any case, the FIA has a busy day, because Stroll, Perez and Albon also had to report for duty. Stroll got off with a grid penalty, while Albon was disqualified from qualifying. What will happen to Perez is not yet known.
