Marko wants FIA to intervene and sit down with stewards

Helmut Marko believes Mercedes are sore losers after everything that happened after the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He also states that the successor of Jean Todt, president of the FIA, might not be able to avoid reforms within the international motorsport federation. Marko wants to prevent another season like this one, with so many arbitrary mistakes.
"It was unworthy of a World Championship final that it was so delayed. When you lodge such objections, it speaks about the attitude of an unworthy loser." Marko had no good word to say about Mercedes to Bild. Christian Horner had earlier expressed his displeasure with Mercedes' stance. The constructors' champions had already asked for a lawyer to be brought in just in case they needed to go to the stewards for something.
FIA must intervene
The media also asked Marko if changes should be made at the FIA, especially in terms of race direction. "That in and of itself is not our task. But after so many mistakes and questionable decisions are made, there is certainly a great need for action. Now a new president is coming, who would have to start here first. And of course, the stewards have to be questioned in any case."
The inconsistency in particular stings Red Bull. In the view of the Milton Keynes-based racing stable, Max Verstappen has unreasonably suffered from poor decisions this season.
