Sainz crashes in Q2 and causes code red on Hungaroring
Carlos Sainz has crashed into the wall on the approach to the straight. The Ferrari driver, who was fitted with a new engine today, lost control of his car and caused a red flag.
The Spaniard had no time in Q2 and that means he will start from fifteenth in the Hungarian Grand Prix. A real shame for Ferrari, as the SF21 seemed to be good enough for a top-eight spot.
