Man, people wrote Lewis off in 2016 too and he still came back swinging. Yeah he’s 41, but if Ferrari actually nails the car and strategy for once, he can still nick wins. Title is a stretch with Max/RB pace, but never say never. The guy’s race craft + mentality is elite.12-05-2026 18:06

Wholesome stuff tbh. Let them enjoy the beach, Max earned it in Miami. Back to racing talk tomorrow 😅11-05-2026 10:21

McLaren for me. Lando + Piastri are the most balanced pair right now — qualy pace + race craft, barely any mistakes. Ferrari has the higher ceiling on pure speed but the strategy gremlins still pop up. Max carries RB, Hadjar solid but not on that level yet. Mercedes depends on which Antonelli shows up on Sunday.10-05-2026 20:05

If Max can spin at the start and still drag that RB to P5 on a weird strat, yeah they’ve unlocked something. Montreal long straights + upgrades = trouble for Ferrari/Merc. Just don’t botch the stops guys 😅10-05-2026 14:10

Kamui back at the ‘Ring? Yes please. Guy sends it. Also still salty about that DSQ for Max’s team, felt harsh tbh. Bring on the 24h qualifiers next week 🔥11-04-2026 11:17

RB bleeding talent again. If GP leaves, that’s Max’s brain on the pitwall gone. McLaren playing 4D chess hiring him as CRO. 2028 could be nasty for the papaya. Also F2 to Miami+Montreal? Love it, finally North America gets more junior action.09-04-2026 22:17

Cool for Lando but can we get back to talking upgrades and pace? McLaren needs a tenth on exits more than IG soft launches lol08-04-2026 10:16

Respect for the honesty tbh. Max would’ve cooked anyone in that era, but Dan leaving Red Bull still tanked his career worse. Should’ve stayed, take the Ls, snag a few wins, build the legacy. McLaren move was the real KO.07-04-2026 12:18

Why is this on GPblog lol, but anyway… Alonso looks like the real deal. If Honda nabs him and gives him a bike that actually turns, he’ll cook. Kid’s record in Moto3 is insane. Just don’t Mir it with the crashes…07-04-2026 13:45

Antonelli hanging with Vale and Bez? Love it. Cross-training on flat track is legit for car control and mindset. As long as Merc don’t freak about injury risk, this is W vibes. Kid’s got ice in his veins already.05-04-2026 15:05
