As Max has said about Lewis, many times. A boxer in a ring will always compliment his opponent after the fight if he wins (and sometimes if he loses). Otherwise they don't look good themselves. Also no-one is debating the Max is ONE of the best on today's grid. THE best is another debate, which we don't need to have because it's subjective. ONE of the best is pretty much objective.

Adrie, In no way did that opinion, even if it is factually incorrect or now, warrant the 'retard' comeback. Again you simply defend the trolls worst behaviour. How many times do you think my responses to trolls have been warranted? Rough percentage? You've never sat on the fence here have you? Not really. This is yet another example. Adrie, Seriously, I think you're making too much of my little joke. Merely a tease about all the car excuses Max has given (and this time it was cold tyres - mid race would you believe?) What didn't I get? It seems the only thing I didn't get was how much you were going to over-react to my post. I even attempted to pre-emptively quell that, knowing that Max fans are very fragile creatures, by saying "smile people, just teasing you miserable buggers". Is that how I troll Max, Adrie? By saying 'just teasing guys, don't get upset'?? In that race, Lewis was right behind Max. Then he made an error on a corner which cost him 6s. After that he relentlessly caught Max up and overtook him around the outside with a brilliant move and denied him 2nd place. You know I could have gone to town on that one and too the piss out of the Max fans for what they've said about Lewis, too the piss out of Max for losing to a 'washed up' 41 year old. And how Max didn't even put up a fight- he knew Lewis was going to get him. I could have milked that for days and I didn't. Pre the race, I have a comment saying something like "If it rains Lewis and Max will be strong in the race". For posting that, I got trolled by Wim. The problem here Adrie is that you, and it seems Wim, are conditioned to always think the worse of me. To the point, I can't even tease. Had I known you were going to be so affected over this, I would probably not have written it. I honestly thought my disclaimer was enough. And it was, except for you. But you have to admit, you have way over-reacted to this and now you've conceded that you're happy to keep this attitude up until your dying day. Centrist? No way. ------------- Did I need to give a reason for you to remove the first post other than it served no purpose. Ok, I slightly resented that you posted it twice just to get attention (which it didn't). I didn't even get a notification for the first one. Not all of your replies to me do give me notifications. I came across this one because I just happen to come here and see if a reply was here. The notification system here is glitchy at best. Also the main reason was, it was a little test. I wanted to ask you to do something as a gesture of good will, and in return I would give you a civil reply to your post. It seems you have removed it for other reasons as you seem unhappy about it. But... I WILL keep my end of the bargain and I will answer your post in a civil tone now. So thank you for doing that - regardless of the reasons you had. See, just a little give and take, a little compromising from both sides. That's how you progress here. They calm down, I calm down. They stop, I stop. You call yours out, I call mine out. Give and take. But we must remember, this is not just about you and me. I have no desire to be some main lead role here. I want Max fans to give me a reason not to be. Just be civil. I know it's hard to do that to people you've grown to resent, but that IS a 2 way street. We have to do it too. Also, how am I bullying people with my opinions? We have sexually abusive comments out there directed at Lewis that you have completely ignored. I've had sexually abusive comments hurled at me, why wouldn't I bully them back?? I dunno how you think I should respond to trolling, but it won't be with smiles an a rainbow. I think how I react to you, do have influence on you. I think it does matter. If not, it should. If it doesn't then you're heart is colder than mine. For me it does matter how you are towards me. I always has. Even after your death threats. Why? Fuck knows. Maybe because we spoke and I believed you were a genuinely good person. You not changing your opinion about me being the prime cause is simply false, not matter how long you hold that opinion or how many times you say it. You drag that line out every time you get angry with me.

No it's not a mediocre car without Max. It's the same car whether he's in it or not. The issue is finding another driver that is suited to that car which has been designed only for Max's unique driving style where he likes it pointy. More than anyone else does. As it's built for him, only he can make it go as fast as it does (even though Hadjar was right there with Max in quali and beat him in Q2). Red Bull built a title winner for 4 years for Vettel. And that was not in a car designed only for Vettel, so that's even more impressive. Max has 3 titles where there was no outside interference or broken rules from the FIA. Now RB would have to build a new car to suit a new driver before they can shine again. RB know their car is built for Max and that is why they can't afford to lose him.

Adrie, So all of your bluster about wanting a more civil blog and being centrist was all a mask then. All for show to help you avoid being tarred with the same brush as others. Not changing my viewpoint about who caused this in the first place, doesn't make me the cause. That is completely illogical. How can I be the cause when the blog was rife with Max fan trolls BEFORE I joined? And it being the sole reason why I did join? I was not the primary cause. Max fans were, and you know it. If there is misery on this blog, it is because the trolls simply don't want to stop and so will always get pushback. I am one person, they are many. When they stop, the misery will lessen. Your misery is that I exist here and that I push back on your friends for trolling. You are their comforter and enabler. You literally talk to them like it's ok. You criticse others from things that Max fans do far worse - then you have nothing to say to them. You are, in essence, far right. You saying I'm the primary cause and all that other BS doesn't make it so. It's simply you defending the trolls on your side. That's all it is and all it ever will be. I am kept busy every day because of Max fan trolls. These are supposed to be grown men. They should take responsibility for their own actions, and so should you. I don't make them write sexually abusive things about Lewis or myself. Just like I didn't make you write racial slurs to Vegan or death threats to me. Yes Adrie, my words. Satisfied in that I'm handling it. I'm pushing back on the trolls every day and managing. Is it ideal for this blog to be like this? Absolutely not. But if that's how you Max fans want it to be, then I'm happy to go with the flow. It's not satisfying in general to have the place like this, but I can exist in this environment very well. I can also exist well in a civil environment. But the only way that happens is if the Max fan trolls want that. I would want it. Do they? Start a new questionnaire project and ask them, since you abandoned your previous one. What do you have in mind Adrie? A gang up against me? Quick everyone report Flatout to the admin! Is this your master plan? It's not only that you can go on like this forever, you want to. Because YOU are satisfied with how this is. You don't jank my chain mate. You're a surface nuisance. "You will not get your way" - What is my way Adrie? I simply want Max fan trolls to stop trolling and be more civil in their responses. What do you want?
