Perez drove a great race but not flawless considering his time penalty due to a rooky mistake. Thankfully he pulled a big enough gap towards the finishline. How about a 9.5?

By the way, can anyone explain me why Russell was not given a penalty for ramming into Schumacher? Schumacher was just driving straight when Russell makes a move towards him. Basically the same as Latifi-Zhou except Schumacher was not pushed into the wall...

They are being overly cautious. MotoGP was driving in the pouring rain while F1 was waiting so long that they didn't even use the full wet tires... How embarrassing! Regarding the race penalties and hearing the driver... it makes no sense, it doesn't change the facts. What possible ACCEPTABLE reason could a driver give for not keeping the max distance towards the end of the safety car period, while he has been able to keep that distance for several laps behind the safety car... Just make your decision already. Indeed, FIA is lucky that there is no tight championship otherwise it would become a real mess.
