In his farewell speech Christian said, "he's stepping down from his CEO and team principal roles however he's still being employed by Redbull". Wonder if he's going to assume a much wider and powerful role now.10-07-2025 07:45

All thanks to budget gap Horner wasn't able to counter those opposition offers.09-07-2025 14:25

Seeing Redbull's current state I'm not sure Wache is the right guy to lead Aerodynamics department. Under Newey's direction everything was fine but after that they have completely lost plot. Newey has mentioned it couple of times that he could see the problems coming but few important people in that department were too stubborn to listen or even react.09-07-2025 13:51

Horner rejected that offer in interest of Redbull. No external party should have any say in how a successful team like Redbull must operate, that's what Porsche were after.09-07-2025 13:32

Maybe they will merge both teams in to one after they find out how difficult Horner's job actually was. Lot of internal politics is involved here. Redbull are fuls if they decided to keep Max at the expense of Horner as rumoured by some. This might be beginning of an end for Redbull in F1.09-07-2025 13:20

Good luck rebuilding that team without it's top leadership. Thai owners initially agreed to Horner's proposal of having unknown % of ownership in Redbull racing F1 team to prevent it from imploding but seems like they have backstabbed him and gotten together with Austrian side. Redbull Power trains is Christian's vision and now it's more likely to fail than succeed. Ferrari must go after Horner at any cost after they let Newey go. Many of Redbull's employees will soon follow him if that happens.09-07-2025 12:36

Foolish move from Redbull. It's Redbull's loss anyway and gain of either Aston or Ferrari. Guess Max to Merc announcement will follow soon.09-07-2025 12:15

I think full wet conditions and low visibility was taken in to account here. In dry race Oscar would have gotten away with it.07-07-2025 12:01
