For Red Bull Racing the Dutch Grand Prix will be one of the most important races of this year. With 70,000 Dutch fans rooting for Max Verstappen, everyone will be hoping that Red Bull's Dutchman can turn pole position into victory. Christian Horner explains to Sky Sports what he expects from the race, with two Mercedes drivers behind Verstappen.

"It gives them strategic options, it's difficult to cover both. We've got to pick our battles and we know who that is with. For us, it's best to get our heads down and get on with it. [Max] has been hugely impressive, this place has been about him. He has managed to separate himself from that," explained Horner.

Festival atmosphere at Zandvoort

Red Bull's team boss admires Verstappen for being able to shut himself off from all the Verstappen madness this whole weekend at Zandvoort. Because while Verstappen is performing on the track, there's huge action in the stands.

"It's like being at a festival for three days, the atmosphere is sensational. Stick the basics, nothing is different here to any other race. It's all the same, he's managed to detach himself to what's going on the other side of the fence," Horner concluded.
