This weekend, the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix is on the programme. The race already went wet in 2021 and 2022 and it could just happen again this year. Rain is expected for the whole weekend in Italy.

Friday wet and cold

Friday will be the coldest day of the weekend with a maximum temperature of eighteen degrees Celsius. There will be a lot of showers, especially in the morning, but it will also rain during the night from Friday to Saturday.

First rain race of 2023?

Rain is also forecast for Saturday and Sunday by Weather.com. On Saturday it will still be light rain, but on Sunday it will become more extreme with a high chance of thunderstorms. Sunday will be the warmest day of the weekend with 22 degrees and a whopping 80 per cent chance of rain. Are we going to see the first rain race of 2023 this Sunday?
