Red Bull gives behind-the-scenes look at Horner in mini documentary

Red Bull Racing has given fans an insight into the life of team boss Christian Horner. In a special video on the team's YouTube channel, a camera crew follows Horner around the Australian Grand Prix for a week.

The mini-documentary highlights the two different sides of Horner's work. On the one hand, there is the business aspect, of Horner as a businessman who has to manage an entire organisation. The Brit is followed in meetings about Red Bull's marketing, the organisational structure of the different branches of the company, and his duties regarding the press and sponsors.

The second half consists of the actual race weekend. Horner explained his collaboration with Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez, his involvement in the race weekend and his own superstitions about how he wants to start a race. "I always stood in the garage for the start of a Grand Prix," Horner explains. "It used to be regulatory that you had to be in the garage. That rule was changed several years ago. We’ve won 95 races with me doing that, so I thought: why change the habit of a lifetime now?"
