Alfa Romeo unveiled their new car for the upcoming season on Tuesday morning. During a presentation that took place in Zurich, they showed the livery of the C43. The performance of the car will only start to become clear during the test days in Bahrain.

The formation appointed two new drivers in 2022 with Valtteri Bottas and Guanyu Zhou. While the Finn, with his experience, put in an excellent season with his team, Zhou clearly needed to get used to it in his first year and finished far behind his teammate.

Both drivers should take the team to the next level this coming season under the guidance of a new team boss. After Frederic Vasseur's departure to Ferrari, they started looking for a replacement. They brought in Andreas Seidl as CEO, who appointed Italian Alessandro Alunni Bravi as team boss at the end of January.

Alfa Romeo confident in C43

With the new C43, Alfa Romeo hopes to get off to a strong start straight away. The formation expects the team to be more capable with the car than last season. Back then, they finished sixth in the constructors' championship.
